How we approach product strategy
- Start with the problem, not the feature list. Discovery interviews, competitor scans and user personas come before any backlog is written. Our free user persona template shows how we frame users.

What is the difference between product strategy and product management?
Product strategy defines the target customer, the problem, the value proposition and the success metric. Product management turns that strategy into a prioritised roadmap and backlog, works with design and engineering to ship it, and uses data to decide what comes next.
Should I build a prototype or an MVP first?
Build a prototype if you still need to test whether the idea and user flow make sense — it takes 1–4 weeks and needs no code. Build an MVP when you need real usage and payment data, which takes typically 6–12 weeks.
What is the difference between MVP Development and MVP as a Service?
